As our customer, you are part of the Great Plains Analytical Laboratory (GPAL) family — and that’s why we are reaching out to you. It goes without saying our thoughts are with everyone affected by the global coronavirus outbreak. Because the safety and well-being of our customers and associates remains our top priority, we want you to know that we’re monitoring the situation closely and responding to the rapid daily changes.
At this point, we feel we can safely continue our business operations, and we do not anticipate any major delays in delivering your lab results. Samples will still be accepted via UPS, FedEx and USPS and our lab hours remain the same.
To ensure the safety of our staff, we have enhanced our cleaning and sanitization procedures to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission and are practicing social distancing in the workplace. We have also stopped all business travel and visitors to minimize potential problems.
We take the coronavirus threat seriously and will continue to do everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff, to do what we can to maintain our business operations, and to minimize the impact upon you, our customers.
