Great Plains Analytical Laboratory

GPAL is the answer to your analytical, food safety and quality assurance needs.

GPAL is a full-service, food laboratory dedicated, above all else, to food safety.  In 2016, we expanded our facility with the construction of a new, state of the art, microbiology lab as well as continual development of new testing.  GPAL is an A2LA-accredited laboratory (View Certificate), and our customers rely on our expertise, accuracy, a high level of responsiveness to their needs and rapid turnaround time for results.

About Our Laboratory

With our expanded capabilities, GPAL serves a broad range of customers within the food and feed industries including food manufacturing, restaurants, the grain, milling and baking industries, pet food manufacturers, meat processors and warehouses.

Our name reflects our location and roots in the industry.  Originally the leading cereal chemistry lab in the US, we are at home in the center of the Great Plains as your number one resource for expertise and analytical assistance for wheat and flour. And with our recent expansion, we are also the go-to source for all your food safety and quality needs.
